Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, no jewellery or metal. During the treatment you will be completely clothed yet, we recommended loosely fitted clothing to help achieve best positioning during treatment. We provide a private, comfortable and relaxing environment. 

Compared to other procedures, there is absolutely no downtime with BTL EMSELLA. You can get back to any daily activity  following the procedure. 

The treatment is not painful. During the treatment you may feel a gentle, tingling sensation and pelvic floor contractions of your muscles tensing and relaxing like when doing Kegel exercises. This will be completely comfortable and tolerable.

Treatment sessions are approximately 30 minutes long. You can chat to us during the treatment, watch tv or read a book or magazine if you like.

For optimum results, most people need a course of six sessions, with sessions 2/3 days apart .

However, we recommend booking another consultation a couple of months after your treatments to see if you may benefit from maintenance sessions.
